Membership

The Mangrove is a member-driven ecosystem built on one belief: everyone has something of value to add, and everyone has something to learn -- regardless of age, journey, or area of expertise. Membership is a choice to actively participate, and every tier opens up new ways to lead, teach, and learn. That participation is what grows the ecosystem, and what grows each member stronger in return. Dues fund access for early-stage founders (pre-seed and seed stage founders $1 membership is subsidized by the rest of the community), financial aid for student founders, and a non-dilutive prototyping fund that helps founders prove out their riskiest assumptions before capital ever enters the picture.

Mangrove Members sustain the ecosystem where emerging and experienced innovators grow together. If you’re an angel, alum, or advocate for innovation across generations, consider becoming a Mangrove Member.

Annual membership dues support the ecosystem, with 30% of every membership dollar directly fueling the non-dilutive RATlab Prototyping Fund for Seedling Circle Members.

We are a 501(c)(3) public charity organized as a membership-based nonprofit. Membership is part of how we build and sustain the community, while membership dues help support the programs, infrastructure, and opportunities that keep the ecosystem growing.

Membership dues are not tax-deductible charitable contributions because members receive benefits in exchange for their dues. Your membership directly helps sustain the Mangrove ecosystem, including programs that reduce financial barriers for emerging founders.
